How is Drop It Like It’s Hot Program different?
We are community focused. Our community is engaged, supportive and like nothing you’ve ever seen. I’m not just saying that. Here is what others have to say and how the community has been a big reason they have reached their goals.  
Are all of the classes online?
Yes, all the classes that are included in Drop it like it’s hot are online. Dynamic Bodies does offer in studio and outdoor (summer-only) classes. 
What types of fitness classes do you offer and how long are they?
Strength classes, pilates, barre, booty & abs, back to basics weights, BodySculpt, Essentrics, Cardio and more! Classes range from 30-50 minutes
When are LIVE classes?
Morning classes starting at 7am and on and evening classes starting at 6pm and on.
What if I have an injury or sore knees?
Each class will have different modifications. You can also speak with the instructor at the beginning of class and they will help you out to make sure you are comfortable and safe.
I really want to join - but I’m afraid of others seeing me exercise. 
I totally understand, the great thing about online classes is you can turn your camera off or you can watch recordings.
How do I access all the classes and meal plans?
After enrolling, you’ll get access to an online portal where all of that information is held. You will be emailed the meal plans and recipes weekly and can easily download them from your inbox.
Can I watch the fitness classes from my phone? 
Yes, you can watch live or recorded classes from any device with internet access.
Are fitness classes recorded? 
Yes, you can watch recorded classes anytime, anywhere. Have fun challenging yourself in a variety of classes that fit into your schedule.
What is your return policy?
If after 1 week you are not satisfied with your fitness classes we will happily refund you. Contact dynamicbodies.dw@gmail.com to request a refund. 
I have dietary restrictions. How will I modify the recipes for my needs?
You are given a substitutions food list and you can get in touch with Carrie to discuss your dietary needs.
I don’t want to lose weight, is this still for me?
Drop it like its hot promotes healthy and holistic eating whether you have weight to lose or you’re looking to maintain good health through proper nutrition then this program is suitable for you. 
I’m not very good at cooking, are the recipes easy to make?
The recipes are straightforward and include all ingredients and portions there is the flexibility to swap meals within the plan if you don’t like them or find them too complicated. Swap meals within the weeks.
What equipment do I need for the fitness classes?
You will need a pair of running shoes, a mat (optional), and a computer or tablet with internet access. All exercises can be done with minimal to no extra equipment. Even household items can be used for weights!
